The illustrator drawing I chose to make was a camera. I saved the format as a GIF. This file mostly consists in two colours; black and white. this means it will only need 1 bit to represent each pixel, GIF is the better format because there are not a lot of colour it wont reduce the colours represented. in illustrator i used the pen tool to trace the image of a camera with the fewest anchor points as possible. One of the changes I had, was trying to make a proper edge/curve in my vector drawing. I tried my best to line up my edges perfectly. On the other hand, I think the reflection of the lens looks accurate. I am content with the way it turned out, but think I could have done better.

PIXEL portrait
Both image formats look very similar; one is the GIF and the other is a PNG. After enlarging both formats, the PNG appears to be slightly darker. There is a fine colour adjustment comparing both formats. During the process of creating this pixel portrait, I tried to capture some personal features.
